You will be amazed as you enter this spectacular residence with a large kitchen, two living areas, and spacious bedrooms. The property features unrestricted views of the Gulf of Mexico like no other property on 30A! The open floor plan offers two living room areas that overlook the Gulf of Mexico and are perfect for family time. The main living room features a flat-screen tv it is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun! Step outside onto the expansive gulf front balcony and relax while watching the waves crash along the pristine shoreline while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening margarita. You will treasure your family's vacation and will find yourself relaxing in the second living room area while you enjoy the unrestricted, breathtaking views of the spectacular coastline – the views are incomparable to any other property in the area!

The kitchen is a Chef's dream with top-of-the-line appliances. All equipment and utensils are in place to prepare a family feast after the perfect day at the beach. The dining table seats 5 with additional barstool seating at the kitchen island and the breakfast bar.

Located on the first floor you will find the first guest bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, and looks out over the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches. Across the hall, you will find a full-size bathroom with a shower.

The primary suite located on the second floor features a king bed and looks out to the Gulf of Mexico. The sitting area of the primary suite includes a queen-size sofa sleeper and flat-screen television. The en suite bathroom features a shower tub combination.

The second and third guest bedrooms are also located on the second floor and feature queen beds, flat screen television, and views of the Gulf of Mexico. Both guest bedrooms share a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

The property also features a gas grill to cook up the fresh catch of the day or your favorite steaks. Enjoy the spectacular beach views or escape to the beach – just steps from the property! You will find 4 Adirondack chairs located just down the steps to the shared beach access perfect to watch the sunset. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.
