Hannah's Pearl is situated in a perfect location on 30A, in the highly sought-after neighborhoods on 30A in the private gated community of WaterSound West. "The Hub" is 1.5 miles away from the home, a great gathering place for enjoying a variety of food and drinks, and entertainment, 3.5 miles to Seaside, and 5 miles to Rosemary Beach. Horseshoe Lake and Deer Lake State Park are also nearby and bike paths to ride your bike to all the 30A has to offer!

Bicycles are allowed in the WaterSound West community on the streets. Due to safety and legal concerns, the WaterSound West HOA will no longer allow bicycles on the West Beach boardwalks. However, they are still permitted on the beach walkover, with the following provisions:

Bicycles must be walked from where the pavement ends at the clubhouse to the entrance of the beach walkover, where the railing begins; and Bicycles must be ridden at the lowest possible speed while on the beach walkover.
